Customer Experience & Insights Consultant

BOQ Group is seeking a Customer Relations Consultant to support customers as part of a six‑month contract. You’ll handle complaints, gather feedback, and help steer improvements across the Group’s customer experience journey.

You’ll work with frontline teams and leaders to identify trends, inform product and process changes, and ensure customers are heard and respected throughout every interaction.
