WORKPLACE ACCESS & SAFETY is an established, fast-growing company providing inspection and advisory services in Height Safety & Confined Spaces to a wide variety of industries including numerous local and state government agencies.
Following significant and sustained business growth we are looking for an experienced Scheduling Specialist to support the team and lead our scheduling function nationwide. This is a new position within a business where you will have the opportunity to influence daily operations, improve systems and help drive exceptional customer service while supporting strategic growth.
About the role
This role is suitable for someone who can lead a skilled team using their excellent time management and resource optimisation skills.
Working closely with Inspectors, Operations Manager, GMs and the Management Team you will be responsible for co-ordinating inspectors' appointments across Australia, ensuring that work is allocated in a timely and efficient manner, and that schedules are optimised to meet customer and business service commitments.
