With new project wins across NSW, they're now seeking a Major Project Manager to take the reins on large commercial builds in Sydney.
The Role
You'll lead major HVAC projects (typically $10M+) from inception to delivery, managing all facets including:
- Coordination with builders, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Oversight of site teams and direct labour (if applicable)
- Driving performance on safety, program, and cost
- Working closely with engineering and leadership to deliver to the highest standard
You'll be backed by a well-established senior leadership team and a national engineering function committed to excellence.

What You'll Bring
- Proven experience managing HVAC projects over $10M in Australia, NZ or the UK
- Excellent understanding of complex project management and experience managing large commercial bu
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Vastly experienced in managing timelines, budgets, and safety with precision
- You have a background in mechanical engineering OR a you took a trade-based path into project management
- Experience with direct labour crews is highly regarded
You must have full Australian working rights.
