Implementation Consultant: Client Adoption & Onboarding

ZREC builds software that replaces recruitment and labour hire’s duct-tape systems. We’re seeking someone to shepherd every new client from signed contract to realizing value through onboarding, configuration, and ongoing support.

You’ll sit with agency staff, translate how they actually work into a tailored ZREC setup, run memorable training in plain English, and stay on it until issues are resolved. Reporting to the Product Manager, you’ll share frontline insights that shape the roadmap,
