Cycling Tech Support Specialist — Warranty & Repairs

SRAM LLC is seeking a dedicated technical support specialist to provide warranty and product assistance for SRAM lines to bike dealers and distributors. The role requires hands-on bicycle mechanics knowledge, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.

You will participate in ongoing training during a 3–4 month period and may travel domestically and internationally up to 10%.
