Executive Lounge Supervisor (Club Millésime)

What you will be doing:

• Supervise the Club Millésime team - delivering exceptional luxury service and supporting team success.
• Create memorable guest experiences by welcoming VIPs ALL members and Club Millésime guests with personalised service.
• Oversee the daily operation of the lounge ensuring outstanding presentation food and beverage service and attention to detail.
• Resolve guest enquiries with confidence and professionalism turning every interaction into a positive experience.
• Work collaboratively with Front Office Housekeeping and the culinary team to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Coach and support team members while maintaining Sofitels luxury standards and brand expectations.
• Contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of Club Millésime through strong organisation communication and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

What you will bring:

• Previous supervisory experience in a luxury hotel executive lounge Front Office or Food & Beverage environment is highly regarded
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and personalised luxury service.
• Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while leading by example.
• Experience with Opera Cloud PMS (or a similar system) is preferred.
• Current RSA certification and flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
