The Role

Head Coach (Retail Store Manager) – Lead a passionate team at our Canberra Centre store. You will be accountable for every aspect of store operation : growing local community connections, coaching and developing your team, and driving brand growth.

Responsibilities

Coach and build a world‑class team that embraces and shares our values and can educate our community on our world‑class product

Foster a culture of continuous improvement – mentoring and coaching is part of the everyday

Manage and lead a diverse team, facilitate training sessions and team meetings

Inspire the team on setting fitness, career, and personal goals

Create and promote a local community for the store, engaging partners and local values‑aligned organisations

Design and facilitate in‑store events to connect customers with the brand

Plan floor coverage, maintain efficiency, and optimise visual merchandising and stock levels

Deliver weekly and monthly business performance reflections, set goals, and plan business strategy

Maintain safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
