About the role:

Working closely with a highly regarded Partner and the wider team the successful candidate will advise clients across a broad range of health aged care and retirement living matters.

The work may include:

  • Advising aged care providers retirement village operators and health sector clients on commercial and regulatory issues.
  • Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts service agreements and operational documents.
  • Assisting with acquisitions disposals restructures and broader corporate transactions in the sector.
  • Advising on compliance governance resident agreements village contracts and legislative obligations.
  • Supporting clients on operational issues regulatory change and risk management.

The ideal candidate:

  • Have at least 4 PQE with a genuine interest in the health and aged care sector.
  • Strong drafting advisory and client management skills.
  • A commercial and practical approach.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
