The Role

As a Retail Sales Supervisor, you’ll be the heartbeat of the store, driving performance, building team energy, and creating an unforgettable experience for every customer. • Lead the Floor: Spend most of your time engaging customers, coaching the team, and driving sales.

• Experience: 1-2 years of leadership experience in retail (apparel/footwear experience is a plus).
