You will work closely with customers families and support networks across the Albury Region helping people make the most of their funding while creating positive practical and person-centred outcomes.

About The Role

As a Service Coordinator you wont just manage day-to-day operations youll be part of a vibrant local team that keeps services running smoothly and people at the centre of every decision. You will be coordinating supports guiding rosters backing your staff and helping customers feel confident connected and well supported all in line with the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework. You will work closely with the Service Manager and local teams.
