The role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Product Specialist to join our Gynaecology (GYN) division. This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge medical technologies build relationships with healthcare professionals and make a meaningful impact in the healthcareindustry.

The role of a Product Specialist is to actively promote educate and support the adoption of the specified portfolio of Endotherapeutics products.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Drive sales growth and achieve territory sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with gynaecologists theatre staff and key healthcare stakeholders.
• Provide product demonstrations clinical support and in-service education.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
• Develop and execute effective territory and call plans.
• Maintain accurate customer records forecasts and opportunities in Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate with the Business Unit Manager and internal teams to achieve business objectives.
• Attend operating theatres customer meetings conferences and industry events.
• Continuously develop product clinical and market knowledge.
• Complete sales administration including CRM updates and expense reporting in a timely manner.

Territory Coverage

This role covers: Brisbane North the Sunshine Coast regional Western Queensland and North Queensland.

About you

• 3 years of proven experience and success within medical device sales or another healthcare sales related role
• Demonstrated experience in developing close customer relationships and providing high levels of customer service support
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• The ability to learn and communicate clinical and technical information
• Ability to analyse sales reports and spreadsheets in order to identify trends and changes
• Demonstrated competence in MS Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint
• Effective selling and rapport building skills
• Bachelors degree in a relevant field is desirable
• Organised punctual professional
