Who Were Looking For
We are seeking reliable organised and experienced casual cooks to support early childhood education and care services across Australia.
To be eligible you must:
Be willing and able to travel to different childcare centres for shifts
Hold a current food safety qualification such as:
Basic Food Handling
Food Safety Supervisor
Certificate in Hospitality (or equivalent)
Have experience working as a cook in a childcare or early learning setting
Demonstrate strong understanding of hygiene food safety and dietary requirements in childcare environments
Your Role
Prepare and serve nutritious meals in line with centre menus and dietary requirements
Maintain a clean safe and compliant kitchen environment
Follow food safety allergy management and hygiene procedures at all times
Communicate effectively with centre staff regarding meals and dietary needs
Support centres by working independently and adapting quickly to new environments
