With 94 homes (and growing), across Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia and Victoria, you will play a part in positively impacting the lives of our residents and their families.**Join us in playing a special role in the future of aged care.****About the Role**You'll be hugely important in making sure our home runs smoothly – an indispensable helper to our residential aged care manager and client services officer.**Usually, your day will involve:*** Friendly customer service to everyone – whether in person, on the phone or over email* Managing the front desk, answering calls and managing emails* Be a leader to staff, helping them to grow* Welcoming visitors, volunteers, contractors to the home* Assisting with ordering supplies and staff uniforms* Keeping on top of paperwork – record keeping, filing etc* Showing off our home to future residents and their families* Supporting the office manager and residential aged care manager in their daily tasks**You'll be a people person and problem-solver, with high attention to detail.
