About the role

\n

We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Commercial Services team based in Mount Kuring‐gai and reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader.

\n

As the Customer Service Representative, you will provide an outstanding service to all internal and external customers, acting as the first point of contact for all enquiries.

\n

Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Ensure ongoing and consistent customer satisfaction through effective and efficient management of customer enquiries relating to product availability, pricing, and order shipment tracking
\n
• Process customer orders and record all relevant information on our database
\n
• Processing sample and compassionate supply orders
\n
• Adherence to customer order and delivery lead times
\n
• Ensure complaints are resolved quickly and expertly, and escalated when required
\n
• Achievement of set Key Performance Indicators relating to accuracy of Customer Service and customer order processing
\n
• Knowledge and Compliance
\n

Qualifications

\n

\n
• Previous experience in customer service role, ideally from within the healthcare industry or a similar GMP controlled environment
\n
• Exposure to SAP and Salesforce or a similar system would be advantageous
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work autonomously
\n
• Excellent organisation and time management skills with a strong attention to detail
\n
• Strong problem‐solving skills and initiative to ensure issues are identified and addressed appropriately
\n
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
\n
