(IDX) Join Our Capital Footscray – Western Private Health Team! Integral Diagnostics is seeking an experienced full-time Site Chief based at Foostcray - Western Private Health, who thrives on leading high-performing teams, driving clinical excellence, and delivering outstanding patient care within a dynamic radiology environment.
\n
Integral Diagnostics — Lake Imaging / The Xray Group / Capital Radiology / FMIG / Imaging @ Olympic Park / Direct Radiology — join our Capital Footscray – Western Private Health Team. This busy and varied role will oversee imaging protocols, equipment standards, and service quality across the site, leading clinical and administrative teams to deliver high-quality imaging services and patient care while managing daily operations, resources, and workflows.

Responsibilities

- Oversee imaging protocols, equipment standards, and service quality across the site. \n
- Lead clinical and administrative teams to deliver high-quality imaging services and patient care. \n
- Manage daily operations, resources, and workflows to ensure efficient service delivery. \n
- Build strong relationships with referrers and service providers. \n
- Maintain licensing, accreditation, and quality standards. \n
- Contribute to clinical workload and drive financial performance and growth. \n
- Foster continuous improvement through staff development and quality initiatives. \n

What You Will Bring
\n
- \n
- Demonstrated leadership experience within a radiology or healthcare setting, with a strong commitment to clinical excellence, patient care, and team development. \n
- Current registration with AHPRA. \n
- Tertiary qualifications in Radiography. \n
- Knowledge of and adherence to regulation and statutory guidelines. \n
- Excellent decision making and problem-solving skills. \n
- Strong customer service ethic. \n
- A collaborative team-based approach. \n
- A professional and proactive relationship with attending Radiologists, referrers, and support staff. \n
