Requirements

\n

\n
• Experience in aged care, community care or disability support.
\n
• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, Community Services or a related qualification.
\n
• Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain one).
\n

\n

Current Driver's License

\n

Reliable car

\n

\n
• A genuine passion for helping others, with a caring and compassionate nature.
\n
• A commitment to supporting older people to live independently and with dignity in their own homes.
\n
• The ability to work collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
\n
• Reliability, honesty and a strong sense of responsibility.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
