Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee financial operations, including accounts payable, payroll, tax compliance, and financial reporting. \n
- Provide financial modelling, performance management, and strategic insights to business owners. \n
- Lead collaboration with offshore bookkeeping teams and build strong relationships with firm leadership. \n

What You Need:

- CA/CPA qualification with 5+ years of finance experience. \n
- Strong analytical, tax, and financial modelling skills (Xero experience preferred). \n
- Excellent communication and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. \n
