• Lead and manage financial planning, reporting, and budgeting processes.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and financial regulations.
\n
• Provide strategic advice and insights to support decision‐making processes.
\n
• Monitor and analyse financial performance to identify cost‐saving opportunities.

• Collaborate with department heads to align financial practices with organisational goals.

• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports.

• Identify and manage risks within the accounting and finance operations.

• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

The Successful Applicant

• A strong background in accounting and finance.
\n
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting, or a related field.
\n
• CA/CPA Qualified.
\n
• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
\n
• Proven ability to manage budgets and financial planning processes.
\n
• Excellent problem‐solving and decision‐making skills.
\n
• Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to collaborate across departments.
\n
• A commitment to maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
