MCI Australia is looking for a Producer/Senior Project Manager to join our Creative Services Team, based in our Sydney office. This role is ideal for someone who loves delivering standout events and has a solid agency experience and is ready to grow into a more senior role within a well-structured, supportive and globally connected environment.

The role

As a Producer, you'll lead corporate events end‐to‐end from concept through to on‐site delivery and wrap owning:

• Project leadership and delivery

• Developing team members by acknowledging strong performance and guiding improvement.

• Client relationships and stakeholder management
\n
• Budgets, suppliers, and logistics
\n
• Creative excellence and smooth technical execution

You'll bring

• 5+ years' agency-side event delivery experience
\n
• Confidence leading complex projects and clients
\n
• Strong budgeting, timeline, and detail management
\n
• A collaborative mindset and calm approach under pressure

• Ability to manage multiple priorities calmly in a fast‐paced environment
