Must Have Skills

• In depth knowledge & experience, including configuration of Windows Domain Infrastructure including Active Directory, Key tabs, DNS, DHCP, Splunk, SIEM tools and Public Key Infrastructure
\n
• Must have significant windows server 2008/2012/2016/2019 support & administration experience
\n
• Work with different application teams for setting up the authentication and assist in identifying apps/systems configuration related to active directory
\n
• Strong understanding of AD attributes, LDAP Queries, PowerShell scripting to modify AD attributes, GPO configuration & Analysis
\n

• Should have knowledge on troubleshooting Active Directory Infrastructure performance issues
\n
• Providing Australia Business hours operational support for AD Non-PROD and PROD environments

• Willing to work 24*7 shift

• Plan and schedule Changes, Coordinating with different stakeholders.
\n
• Monitoring of Active Directory Environments through relevant tools/dashboards and act wherever required

• Knowledge on Promotion and Demotion of Domain Controllers

• Add/Remove and configure Active Directory sites, subnets, and site links

Detailed Job Description

\n

\n
• Day-to-day operational management and support of the company's enterprise class, critical Active Directory infrastructure
\n
• Performing health checks on the status of AD environments using multiple tools/dashboards
\n
• Working on incidents queue, including troubleshooting, and communicating with other support teams and affected users
\n
• Assisting/Coaching L1 team members on incident troubleshooting
\n
• Plan and schedule Changes, Coordinating with different stakeholders.
\n
• Restoration of AD objects
\n
• Share management using DFS Console
\n
• Domain Controller demotion and promotion
\n
• User and Group management on Azure Active Directory
\n
• Working experience on Problem Management, finding RCA on issues
\n

• Working knowledge of GPOs, Trust, AD Replication Topology, and native AD troubleshooting tools
\n
• Knowledge on DNS and DHCP
\n
• Good exposure to ITIL process like incident, change, problem and change management
\n
• Good knowledge on ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Remedy
\n
• Experience in IT infrastructure management in Banking Domain
\n
• Self-motivated who takes initiative and works well in a team environment with the ability to meet deadlines

• Good knowledge on Azure Active Directory

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
