My client is a leading building contractor with a busy and fast-growing workload. As a result of securing further new projects, this employer is strengthening their team with the appointment of a Technical Services Manager to work on multi-million-pound Data Centre projects.

Requirements \n

\n
• Knowledge of the Building Sector.
\n
• Previous employment as a M&E Manager, Technical Services Manager, Building Services Manager, Building Services Engineer, Design Manager or similar.
\n
• Previous experience on Data Centre projects is essential.
\n
• Role will involve a mix of Tender stage and live works duties; ideally previous Main Contractor employment.
\n
• High level of communication skills.
\n
• Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC etc).
\n
• Flexibility to travel / visit sites nationwide.
\n
