Job Description
We are looking for a talented Diesel Technician to join our high performing team in Wetherill Park, NSW.
\n
In this role, you will overhaul, repair and service a variety of mid-range and high horse-power rail engines in a service workshop under supervision.
\n
You Will Make An Impact In The Following Ways
\n
- \n
- Complete repairs and maintenance of heavy diesel products \n
- Diagnose and repair engines \n
- Disassemble, inspect, and clean engines and/or engine components \n
- Engine rebuilding and reconditioning \n
- Maintain work area and tools for cleanliness and proper operation \n
- Assist with completion required documentation, such as work completed documentation, time sheets, warranty claims and quality forms, via handwritten forms or business system input screens \n
- Ensure adherence to all relevant Health, Safety & Environmental policies, procedures and legislation and reports any issues / incidents to their supervisor \n

- Full Time / 38 hours per week \n
- Day Shift (06:30 – 14:36) \n
- Saturdays available \n
- Overtime as required – Penalty rates paid for all work above 38 hours \n
- All your Safety equipment / PPE and uniforms are provided and laundered \n
- Domestic Relocation from across Australia may be offered for the right candidate \n
- Local Valid Drivers License \n

To be successful in this role you will need the following:
\n
- \n
- Apprentice Trained Engine Technician (Cert III) or equivalent \n
- Basic level of workshop or field service experience required \n
- Basic level knowledge of and/or experience with engine products \n
- Heavy Vehicle Experience preferred \n
- Diagnostic and troubleshooting experience preferred \n
- HR License preferred \n
- Must be certified to work in NSW \n
