We're partnering with one of Queensland's largest and most respected animal welfare organisations to recruit a Lead Veterinarian for their flagship veterinary hospital in Brisbane.

Working alongside an experienced leadership team, you'll play a key role in guiding the day-to-day operation of the hospital while mentoring veterinarians, strengthening clinical governance and driving continuous improvement across the service.

The Opportunity

This position combines clinical practice with strategic leadership. While you'll still enjoy hands‐on veterinary work, your greatest contribution will come through developing your team and shaping the future direction of the hospital.

You're an experienced veterinarian who enjoys leading people just as much as practising medicine.
\n
You thrive on building strong teams, creating positive workplace culture and helping others grow professionally. You're collaborative, approachable and able to balance clinical excellence with practical leadership.

Previous shelter medicine experience is highly regarded but not essential.
