THE RESOURCE REQUIREMENT

(4) Systems Analyst/Quality Assurance consultants (ideally with technical/developer IT background) required for a 3 to 6 month contract (worked based in Indonesia) currently scheduled to commence in mid-April.

THE PROJECT

\n

The application domain is LOAN ORIGINATION PROCESSING - BANKING, and the task is to work on a Loan Origination platform focused on the configuration of a Business Rules engine.

\n

A business rules engine has been built to dynamically manage the gathering and processing of information required by a bank for loan applications.

\n

The bank wants their customers to have a tailored, streamlined and where possible, automated experience, and make sure that all required information can be gathered with a single loan application process.

\n

The role of the Systems Analyst/QA Consultants is to take the documentation that has been produced by the bank's loan origination SMEs, detailing all aspects of the loan origination process, and (using the business rules engine configuration interface) to configure the business rules engine with all the rules and dynamic application form management process steps required.

\n

As well there can be up to 50 "associated information" providers who will be providing data to the loan application process via one form or another of real-time integration. These integrations and business roles will also need to be configured into the rules engine.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• 5 years or more experience as a Technical Business Analyst
\n
• Evidence of at least 3 years working with loan origination solutions
\n
• Excellent communications skills in English
\n
• Open to contract role for 3 - 6 months
\n
• Be ready to start in mid-April
\n

• Able to visit client office in Jakarta, if required

In this project, the responsibilities will span across a variety of activities that ensure the systems are built correctly, meet business requirements, and are robust enough to handle real-world banking operations. Here are key activities that will be required to be performed:

Configure the rules engine using the bespoke rules definition interface according to the bank's SME analyst documentation

\n

Quality Assurance Planning:

• Defining test plans and quality standards specific to the banking environment.

• Developing test cases that align with business processes and system functionality.
\n
• Ensuring regulatory compliance and data security standards are met.
\n

Test Execution and Reporting:

\n

\n
• Performing functional, integration, system, and acceptance testing across the banking systems.
\n
• Executing automated and manual test scripts in OutSystems.
\n
• Tracking defects and working with developers to resolve them.
\n
• Providing clear documentation of test results and quality assurance reports to stakeholders.
\n

UAT (User Acceptance Testing) Support:

• Assisting the business users in UAT by ensuring the system behaves as expected in real-life scenarios.
\n
• Gathering feedback from users and ensuring necessary changes are implemented before final release.
\n

\n

Documentation and Knowledge Transfer:

\n
• Documenting testing processes, results, and troubleshooting steps.
\n
• Ensuring that all testing artifacts are available for future reference.
\n
• Supporting the knowledge transfer process for post-implementation support.
\n

Regulatory and Compliance Testing:

• Ensuring that all systems comply with banking regulations, such as data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR) and security standards.

• Performing audits and preparing reports for compliance checks.
\n

Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:

• Working closely with the development team to provide feedback and ensure that testing is integrated into the development lifecycle (DevOps).

• Suggesting improvements for processes and tools to streamline future testing and deployment cycles.
