We're on the hunt for an experienced Sous Chef to join our passionate kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to help drive a successful, high-volume kitchen.

About the roleAs Sous Chef, you'll work closely with the Head Chef to lead the kitchen team, maintain exceptional food quality and ensure smooth daily operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading, mentoring and developing the kitchen teamMaintaining high food quality and presentation standardsManaging food safety and complianceAssisting with ordering, stock control and rosteringSupporting labour and food cost targetsDriving a positive and efficient kitchen cultureAbout youYou'll bring: Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Senior Chef de Partie ready to step upExperience in a high-volume bistro, pub or restaurant kitchenStrong leadership and communication skillsA passion for producing quality food consistentlySound knowledge of food safety and kitchen operationsAvailability to work a rotating roster including nights and weekendsWhat's in it for you?
