Investment Analyst - Real Estate Private Equity

The Role

\n

This is a broad Investment Analyst role sitting within a lean, high-calibre team, offering exposure across transactions, asset management, leasing strategy and development.

\n

You will work directly with senior leadership to support investment decision-making, while actively contributing to value creation initiatives across an evolving portfolio.

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Support acquisition and transaction activity including underwriting, due diligence and execution
\n
• Build and maintain financial models (DCF, feasibility and scenario analysis)
\n
• Assist with Investment Committee papers, submissions and deal documentation
\n
• Analyse asset performance, leasing metrics and income optimisation strategies
\n
• Support repositioning initiatives and capital deployment across existing assets
\n
• Assist in evaluating development and redevelopment opportunities
\n
• Undertake market research across multiple asset classes to identify trends and opportunities nationally
\n
• Work closely with internal teams and external advisors to support deal execution
\n

About You

\n

\n
• 4–6 years' experience in property, funds management, valuation, development or advisory
\n
• Strong financial modelling capability across DCF, feasibility or valuation
\n
• Exposure to transactions, development or asset management environments
\n
• Commercial mindset with the ability to think beyond the numbers
\n
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
\n
• Ability to operate across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
\n
