A$80,000 - A$100,000 per year including super and bonus.

As a Sales Support Coordinator you will play a key role in supporting the sales team and maintaining strong relationships with customers. This position is well suited to individuals who enjoy working in a structured office environment and thrive on delivering excellent customer service while supporting sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
\n
• Preparing and processing sales orders, quotes, and related documentation
\n
• Supporting the external sales team with administrative and customer follow‐up tasks
\n
• Maintaining accurate customer records and updating CRM systems
\n
• Coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfilment
\n
• Assisting with general sales administration and reporting
\n

Qualifications

\n

\n
• Relevant experience in internal sales, customer service or sales administration
\n
• Previous experience in an inbound and outbound sales or customer‐focused role
\n
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
\n
• Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail
\n
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‐paced environment
\n
• Proficiency in CRM or sales order processing systems
\n
• A proactive and customer‐focused approach
\n
