Core Property Buyers is a fast-growing, boutique buyer’s agency with 80+ 5-star reviews , helping clients secure high-quality investment properties.

We’re hiring a Buyer’s Agent Associate to work directly alongside one of our lead Buyer’s Agents as her right‑hand support across active deals.

\n

This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role with a clear pathway into a Buyer’s Agent position over time.

The Role \n

You’ll be embedded in the day‑to‑day running of live deals, focused on execution, coordination, and keeping everything moving.

Core responsibilities \n

\n
• Call agents to gather key property details (price expectations, motivation, feedback)
\n
• Review listings against client briefs and flag relevant opportunities
\n
• Analyse sales evidence, rental estimates, and prepare CMAs
\n
• Review inspection videos and identify risks / key points
\n
• Coordinate and book inspections
\n
• Manage and maintain the client portal (Monday.com)
\n
• Assist with post‑exchange management (liaising with solicitors, PMs, agents)
\n
• Handle general admin to keep deals progressing smoothly
\n

\n

You won’t be client‑facing initially. The focus is on building strong fundamentals and supporting deal flow at a high level.

Real estate experience is a plus, but not essential.
