This is a Melbourne-based role with ProcessPath, a sister business of JourneyOne.
\n As a Power Platform Technical / Functional Consultant, you'll be working closely with clients to understand their needs, designing human-centred solutions, and leading the delivery of apps, automations, and insights using tools like Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. You'll help organisations embrace digital transformation - from ideation to implementation - with governance, scalability, and business value at the core.
Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Consult with clients to define business problems and translate them into functional and technical designs
\n
• Build and configure solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite
\n
• Facilitate workshops and demos to engage stakeholders and gather feedback
\n
• Establish strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders across business and IT, ensuring alignment, transparency, and buy-in throughout the project lifecycle
\n
• Work closely with delivery leads, designers, and developers to ensure quality outcomes
\n
• Support client upskilling and adoption through training and documentation
\n
• Contribute to solution governance, standards, and patterns across client environments
\n
• Stay on the pulse of new Power Platform features and trends
  
\n

Requirements
5+ Years of consulting experience, including:\n
\n

\n
• Experience in technical or functional consulting with Microsoft Power Platform
\n
• Strong understanding of business processes, and ability to map and improve them
\n
• Ability to elicit requirements and turn them into effective user stories or designs
\n
• Solid knowledge of Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and ideally Power BI
\n
• Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, or Microsoft 365 integration
\n
• Strong communication skills and confidence in working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
\n
• A growth mindset, and a natural curiosity for solving problems with technology
  
\n

Desirable\n
\n

\n
• Business consulting and SCRUM master exposure
\n
• Experience with Dynamics 365 (particularly Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service modules)
\n
• Familiarity with solution architecture and Power Platform governance best practices
\n
• Exposure to Azure services, custom connectors, or integration with external systems
\n
• Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform or Dynamics 365
  
\n
