Position Overview

\n

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee and deliver complex civil construction and site development projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be a skilled leader who can manage multiple projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain client relationships, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This is a hands-on role requiring strong construction knowledge, organizational expertise, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closeout of multiple civil construction projects simultaneously.
\n
• Coordinate and manage project teams, including foremen, superintendents, subcontractors, and office staff.
\n
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
\n
• Monitor project progress, identify risks or issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
\n
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, quality control, and regulatory requirements across all projects.
\n
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors, serving as the primary point of contact for project communications.
\n
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation for leadership and stakeholders.
\n
• Mentor junior project managers and support continuous improvement in project management processes.

Qualifications

\n

\n
• 5+ years of project management experience in civil construction or site development.
\n
• Strong knowledge of excavation, grading, utilities, paving, stormwater systems, and related civil construction practices.
\n
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage field and office teams.
\n
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
\n
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
\n
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience in successful project delivery is highly valued.
