About You
\n
Essential Experience & Skills:
\n
- \n
- 8+ years' experience in professional services, ideally in engineering. \n
- Experience supporting teams across multiple locations. \n
- Proficiency in latest technology including Microsoft Suite (Office, OneDrive, PowerPoint, Word). \n
- Experience with Synergy platform, desirable. \n
- Proven organisation and time management skills. \n
- Intelligent and articulate verbal and written communication skills. \n
- A keen eye for detail with strong analytical abilities. \n

Role Specifics

You'll be responsible for a diverse range of activities including:

- Quality Management Coordination and internal audits for QMS. \n
- Coordination of key People & Operations metrics. \n
- Supporting people initiatives across the organisation. \n
- Data analysis and reporting. \n
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition (experience or eagerness to learn essential). \n
- Coordination of Graduate Recruitment & Graduate Program. \n
- Onboarding new team members, setting them up for success. \n
- Supporting our True Partners vision through engagement, recognition and wellbeing initiatives. \n
