The Role \n

As a driven Project Manager, you will report directly to the Managing Director, taking ownership of Tier 1,2 or 3 commercial projects up to $20M. You will lead a high-performing onsite team, including Site Managers, savvy Contract Administrators, and direct labor.

• End-to-End Delivery: Manage projects from $400k to $20M, ensuring they are on time, on budget, and to an award-winning standard.
\n
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for subcontractors, government authorities, and blue-chip clients.
\n
• Project Governance: Oversee site setup, budget monitoring, reporting, and final handover.
\n
• Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to onsite regulations and safety standards.
\n

Project Portfolio \n

You will gain exposure to a diverse range of high-spec environments, including:

• Government & Infrastructure: Schools, TAFEs, Police, and Fire Stations (GC21).
\n
• Hospitality & Leisure: RSLs, bars, clubs, and pubs.
\n
• Complex Refurbishments: Heavy refurbs in live environments and extensions into adjoining tenancies.
\n
• New Builds: From cold-shell fit-outs to standalone commercial constructions.
\n

• Technical Literacy: Strong planning, organisational, and budget-reporting skills.
