The Eptec Group is Australasia's leading corrosion mitigation and protection company specialising in all aspects of corrosion prevention. Our Total Asset Protection solutions and services include: Corrosion management; Blasting, painting and remediation of concrete and steel structures; Lining and waterproofing; Carbon Fibre Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) Structural Strengthening; Cathodic Protection (CP); and Pipeline Electrical Hazard Assessments.

Eptec delivers across a diverse range of industry sectors, including naval, defence, marine, transport and infrastructure. About the Role:

Are you ready to take your HR career to the next level? We are looking for a proactive and motivated HR Advisor to join our dynamic team in Osborne, SA. In this hands‐on role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the employee lifecycle, making a real impact on our growing organisation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting a seamless onboarding experience for new employees, ensuring they feel welcome and supported from day one.
    • \n
  • Support all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, employee relations, team development, and performance management.
    • \n
  • Assist with performance reviews and provide valuable input to support employee growth.
    • \n
  • Assisting with rewards, remuneration processes, and enterprise agreement interpretation.
    • \n
  • Maintain accurate employment records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
    • \n
  • Support recruitment activities when needed.
    • \n
  • Coordinate housing arrangements for international workers.
    • \n
  • Assist with ad‐hoc HR projects.
    • \n

What We're Looking For:

\n

    \n
  • Proven experience in HR coordination or a generalist HR role, with a desire to expand your HR expertise.
    • \n
  • Industry experience in Construction or Manufacturing is a plus, but not essential.
    • \n
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • \n
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management abilities - along with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
    • \n
  • A relevant qualification, such as a university degree or equivalent experience.
    • \n
  • Experience using a HRIS is highly desirable.
    • \n
