Candidates can come from Head Contractor or Client/Consultancy Side but ideally will have some client/consultancy side experience.

Our client is a leading boutique project management consultancy with an established pipeline across tertiary education project from smaller up to $60m+. They are now looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their successful team in Sydney.
\n
The candidate can come from a head contractor, or a client side/consultancy background however ideally will have some client side/consultancy experience. Excellent progression opportunities available and interesting work load.
\n
Ideally candidates will have experience on education projects however other sectors experience is also fine.
\n
Years of experience:
\n
3 - 7 years +
\n
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
\n
- \n
- Managing regulatory approvals \n
- Design co-ordination \n
- Stakeholder management and liaison \n
- Health and safety \n
- Program management \n
- Contract administration \n
- Construction management of project delivery \n
- Management of site variations and design changes \n
- Cost management \n
- Business Development \n
\n
Qualifications and Requirements:
\n
- \n
- Degree qualification in Building, Construction Management, Project Management or similar \n
- A minimum of 3-7 + years' experience in a client-side PM role, head contractor experience would also be ideal \n
- Proven end to end project management skills from concept through to completion \n
- Exposure to program management, managing timelines and critical paths \n
- Experience of end-to-end project management on a variety of building projects would be an advantage \n
- Experience of running multiple smaller projects or larger projects \n
