The Team
\n
The A&M Transaction Advisory Group (TAG) team comprise of former Big Four professionals delivering top‐tier financial due diligence for private equity, infrastructure, and corporate clients. We specialise in buy‐side and sell‐side engagements, focusing on quality of earnings, cash flow analysis, working capital reviews, and key business drivers.

How You Will Contribute
\n
Based in either Brisbane or Sydney as an Executive / Analyst / Assistant Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

- \n
- Engaging in due diligence engagements for business acquisitions or disposals, collaborating with private equity investors and strategic corporate buyers. \n
- Conducting in-depth analysis of financial and operational performance by examining accounting records and engaging with management teams. \n
- Developing and assessing pro forma financial data to support strategic decision-making. \n
- Uncovering critical factors influencing purchase price and deal structuring to optimise transaction outcomes. \n
- Delivering insightful findings and actionable recommendations through comprehensive analysis. \n

Qualifications

- \n
- Experience in a FDD focused role and a Big 4 environment. \n
- A CA qualification (or working towards this). \n
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, ideally with experience in data analytics and visualisation software. \n
- Willingness to travel within Australia (where practical and possible). \n
- A drive to succeed and take initiative. \n
- Positive interpersonal and communication skills that fit into our culture. \n
