Integrated Planner

Job Description

As a Demand Planner, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the right products are available at the right time across the MECCA network. This is a fixed-term contract through to 27 August 2027, offering the opportunity to partner closely with Brand teams to lead demand forecasting and replenishment planning, proactively identify risks and opportunities, optimise inventory, improve forecast accuracy, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The Role You Could Play:

\n

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create a consensus sales forecast, adjusting as necessary to address abnormal trends or demand.

\n

Oversee the lifecycle of demand changes, including new product development (NPD), events, campaigns, and product exits.

\n

Partner with brand teams on forecasting for new items, ensuring alignment on product ranges and strategies such as cannibalization.

\n

Place and manage purchase orders in alignment with the brand's order placement cycle.

\n

Manage the product ordering process to meet KPIs for stock availability, service levels, and stock holding.

\n

Ensure stock availability for events to deliver exceptional customer experiences and sales performance.

\n

What You Will Bring:

\n

Proven experience in demand and supply planning. Retail or FMCG experience is highly desirable.

\n

Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.

\n

High-level interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across various teams.

\n

Knowledge of merchandise management and/or supply chain systems.

\n

Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative approach to systems challenges.

\n
