Role Responsibilities \n

\n
1. Lead technical analysis and design for overhead transmission line projects in the region.
\n
2. Work directly with utilities, EPCs, and consulting firms to define technical problems and provide optimized solutions, especially for capacity uprate and system upgrade projects.
\n
3. Join BD/management meetings with senior utility stakeholders, provide technical support and translate client needs into engineering solutions.
\n
4. Work closely with our Global CTO and headquarters technical team to develop design concepts, feasibility studies, technical proposals, and application engineering packages.
\n
5. Provide technical evaluation for pilot projects, including line modelling, design optimisation, feasibility, and risk assessment.
\n
6. Prepare or review technical documents: line design analysis, drawings, reports, specifications, and proposal inputs.
\n
7. Support proposal/bid preparation together with headquarters and regional leadership.
\n
8. Act as the technical owner for the region and gradually grow into the regional CTO/chief engineer role depending on performance.
\n
9. Coordinate external engineering consultants where needed and ensure quality of deliverables.
\n
10. Support early-stage project delivery coordination once pilot projects are launched.
\n

Candidate Requirements

\n

\n
• Solid background in overhead transmission line design (HV/EHV OHTL) .
\n
• Ability to define problems, create design options, and deliver technically sound solutions.
\n
• Hands-on design capability still willing to do real engineering work, not purely management.
\n
• Able to participate in high-level meetings with utilities and explain technical concepts clearly.
