Preferred Training Networks (PTN) is continually growing. We're 20 years in business now and we're still very nimble, with deep experience designing and delivering tailored learning workshops across Australia.

We expect to deliver 1,000+ workshops over the next 18 months across Australia. That volume brings opportunity. It also demands quality. We are known for practical training that works. No fluff. Not generic delivery. Trusted by organisations across government, health, and corporate sectors Australia-wide. This role suits someone who can facilitate at a high level and design sharp, tailored content quickly. If you are an instructional design ditherer this is not the job for you. We need confidence speed and accuracy. If your formatting skills are poor this is not the job for you.

Most training delivery for you would be Melbourne/Victoria based. There is plenty of interstate travel if it suits you. It's not a deal breaker if you'd prefer just to work in Victoria.
