What You'll Do

- \n
- Be the first point of contact for families reaching out to our service \n
- Manage appointments for our amazing team of therapists (in‐clinic and mobile) \n
- Keep client records accurate and confidential \n
- Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and web \n
- Build strong relationships with clients and families \n
- Handle accounts receivable and NDIS claims \n
- Support therapists with admin tasks related to therapy \n
- General typing, data entry, and computer work \n

What You'll Bring

- Experience with practice management software (essential) \n
- Knowledge of NDIS admin requirements or similar funding packages \n
- Strong communication and customer service skills \n
- Confidence using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word \n
- Excellent time management and attention to detail \n
- A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement \n
