We are seeking an experienced and proactive Coordinator: Quality & Safety tochampion excellence across our organisation. Based in Rockhampton, this pivotal leadership role will guide our quality, compliance and safety systems, ensuring we continue to deliver high-quality, person-centred services while fostering a culture where both participants and staff can thrive.

\n

Whatwill a typical day look like?

\n

\n
• Lead thedevelopment and implementation of the Quality and SafetyFramework.
\n
• Coordinatorinternal and external audits, accreditation and correctiveactions.
\n
• Identify risks,lead incident investigations, and conduct roost causeanalysis.
\n
• Drive continuousimprovement through data analysis and teamcollaboration.
\n
• Promote strongsafety culture and deliver training to build staffcapability.
\n
• Provide expertadvice and mentoring to senior leaders.
\n
• Maintain clearreporting, risk registers and stakeholdercommunication.
\n

MandatoryRequirements:

\n

\n
• Tertiaryqualification in Quality Management, Occupational Health andSafety, Risk Management or a related field.
\n
• Proven experiencein a quality and safety leadership role, preferably withincommunity sector.
\n
• Strongunderstanding of regulatory frameworks and standards (e.g.,ISO, WH&S, clinical governance).
\n
• Demonstratedsuccess in leading improvement initiatives and managingrisk.
\n
