The Role

\n

Are you ready to kickstart your HR career through a supportive, hands-on role? As our People Experience Coordinator, you'll help keep the recruitment process running smoothly, deliver a great candidate experience and support new employees through their onboarding journey, while proudly representing the Ingenia brand every step of the way!

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Support hiring managers by coordinating recruitment requests and posting job ads through our recruitment system
\n
• Take ownership of onboarding, prepare employment contracts, follow up on paperwork, and help new hires settle in smoothly
\n
• Be the go-to person for all things onboarding, compliance checks, and employee background requirements
\n
• Help celebrate our people by managing service awards, spot rewards, and recognition moments
\n
• Learn the ropes of junior recruitment through hands-on experience, ongoing support from your wider HR team, and the chance to grow with the role!
\n

About You

\n

\n
• A HR (or similar) degree is preferred. Some exposure to Recruitment or Talent Acquisition is advantageous, but is definitely not essential
\n
• Confident communicator with strong customer service and relationship-building skills
\n
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office experience
\n
• Organised, detail-focused, and able to juggle priorities with ease
\n
• Positive, proactive team player who is eager to learn and grow
\n
