Job Description

This leading Engineering and Industrial Service company is seeking an experienced and trade-qualified (preferable fitter/turner) Production Supervisor to lead a small team on the workshop floor, coordinating workflow, and ensuring production targets are met.

• Full time, Monday to Friday day shift role with occasional Saturday
\n
• Monday to Thursday: 6:30am to 4:00pm
\n
• Friday: 6:30am to 3:15pm
\n
• Competitive salary based on experience (negotiable)

About the Role

• Supervising daily workshop production activities
\n
• Leading and supporting a team of trades and production staff
\n
• Allocating work and managing workflow to meet deadlines
\n
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
\n
• Monitoring productivity and driving continuous improvement
\n
• Assisting with problem-solving and technical support on the floor
\n
• Liaising with management regarding progress and resourcing needs
\n

About You

\n

\n
• Trade-qualified in Fitting & turning or relevant mechanical trade
\n
• Previous experience in supervisory or leading hand role within manufacturing, engineering or fabrication workshop
\n
• Leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
\n
