Responsibilities

• Providing an exceptional customer experience, through authentic and meaningful interactions with our customers

• Demonstrating strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice
\n
• Collectively achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
\n
• Support other team members to ensure business goals are met
\n
• Contributing to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping
\n
• Processing and replenishing stock according to company standards
\n
• Assist in the implementation of promotional & visual merchandising initiatives
\n
• Show initiative and be a great team player
\n

Qualifications

• Strong experience working in a fashion retailer or a customer service environment
\n
• A genuine love and understanding of the brand
\n
• The ability to deliver exceptional customer service, creating a memorable experience and understanding customer needs
\n
• Outstanding communication skills
\n
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
\n
• A "can do", hands on style
\n
• Proven ability to integrate and become a valued team member
\n
• Passion for fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills
\n
• Availability to work a variety of shifts during the week and weekend
\n
• Flexibility to work increased shifts as required (peak periods and covering leave of team members)
\n
