What You Need\n
✔️ Full-time availability (Mon-Fri) – Visa holders must be eligible for full-time work
\n ✔️ 6-12 months of recent call centre or high-volume phone-based experience
\n ✔️ Customer centric mindset, you care about providing an A-class customer experience
\n ✔️ Resilience & a can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment
\n ✔️ Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
