Position: Customer Service Officer at ARC – The Australian Reinforcing Company, Hemmant branch. Join a high‐performing team delivering an outstanding customer experience.

\n

Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30 am – 4:30 pm on a rolling shift roster.

\n

Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Provide outstanding customer service over phone, email, and front counter.
\n
• Troubleshoot customer sales queries and answer questions.
\n
• Upsell and provide quotes to customers.
\n
• Enter sales data, manage invoicing, general administration and purchasing.
\n

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience in a similar customer‐service role.
\n
• Ability to build relationships with a diverse range of clients.
\n
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
\n
• A can‐do attitude and strong desire to learn and develop your skillset.
\n
• Team player who can multi‐task well.
\n
