You'll also manage outstanding maintenance issues, obtain quotes for potential capital works, and monitor progress against budget considerations. This position plays a vital role in maintaining a safe, functional, and well-presented environment for our staff and clients. It's ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, is highly organised, and enjoys problem-solving.

  • \n
  • Progress monitoring: Track the status of work orders to ensure timely completion and quality of service.
  • \n
  • Request management: Oversee outstanding maintenance tasks, obtain quotes, and present recommendations for capital expenditure (CAPEX) consideration.
  • \n
  • Budget alignment: Ensure all quotes and maintenance plans align with allocated budgets and escalate where necessary.
  • \n

\n

Skills, Attributes, and Experience:

\n

    \n
  • Previous experience in a facilities, property, or operations coordination role.
  • \n
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • \n
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
  • \n
  • Confidence in problem-solving and decision-making.
  • \n
  • A proactive mindset with high attention to detail.
  • \n
  • Familiarity with maintenance tracking systems and basic budgeting principles.
  • \n
