About the Role \n
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in providing high-quality clinical care that promotes client self-determination, enhances resilience, and improves overall quality of life for both individuals and their family carers. Your compassionate, person-centred approach will help our clients maintain their independence and social connections. We are looking for an experienced nurse who thoroughly enjoys nursing and who has a passion for providing exceptional care.

As the successful candidate, you will provide effective clinical nursing care that enhances client self‑determination, capacity, and resilience as well as improves social engagement and quality of life for the individual and family carer.
Qualifications & Experience \n
- \n
- Minimum 1 year Nursing experience in aged or community care \n
- You’ll be adaptable, empathetic, resourceful, a great time manager, and be able to live Uniting’s everyday values of being compassionate, respectful, imaginative, and bold. \n
- You’ll be committed to contemporary aged care nursing practice. \n
- Hold a Bachelor of Nursing degree with current registration (AHPRA). \n
- A current Australian Driver’s License and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle \n

Registered Nurses who are new to aged care, or those in their first or second year of practice who have not previously completed a Graduate Nurse Program, are encouraged to participate in Uniting’s Aged Care Transition to Practice Program. This supportive program is designed to build confidence, enhance clinical skills, and provide a strong foundation for a rewarding career in aged care
