Little Stars Florina PTY LTD Shepparton, VIC 3630 Salary: $80,000 + Superannuation Position: Full-Time Child Care Worker Little Stars Florina Pty Ltd, trading as Little Stars Early Learning, located at Shepparton, VIC is seeking a passionate, caring and experienced Full-Time Child Care Worker to join our dedicated early childhood education team. Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and supervision for children in accordance with the National Quality Framework and centre policies.
\n
• Assist in implementing educational programs and daily routines that promote children's physical, emotional, social and cognitive development.
\n
• Support children's learning through play-based experiences and age-appropriate activities.
\n
• Foster positive relationships with children, families and colleagues to create an inclusive and welcoming environment.
\n
• Assist children with daily routines including meals, hygiene, rest and personal care while encouraging independence.
\n
• Observe children's development and contribute to documentation of learning and developmental milestones.
\n
• Ensure a safe, clean and engaging indoor and outdoor learning environment.
\n
• Follow all health, safety, child protection and hygiene procedures, including maintaining appropriate supervision at all times.

• Work collaboratively with

Early Childhood Teachers and Educators to support the delivery of the educational program.

\n

\n
• Participate in team meetings, professional development and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
\n

\n

Skills & Requirements

\n

\n
• Certificate III in
\n

\n

Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).

\n

\n
• Minimum three years' relevant experience working in an early childhood education and care setting.
\n
• Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standard (NQS) and
\n

\n

Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

\n

\n
• Current
\n

\n

Working with Children Check (Victoria) or eligibility to obtain one.

\n

\n
• Current
\n

\n

First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management certificates (or willingness to obtain).

\n

\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\n
• A caring, patient and positive attitude with a genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and development.
\n
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
