We're on the lookout for a reliable, enthusiasticField Technicianto support an exciting exploration project in the Pilbara. If you enjoy hands‐on work, remote travel, and being part of a tight‐knit field crew, this role is for you.

You'll be working alongside experienced geologists and supporting exploration activities for Rio Tinto, contributing to a significant Australian resource project.

\n

What You'll Be Doing

\n

\n
• Assist geologists and field teams with sample collection and general site support
\n
• Accurately label, log, and transport geological samples
\n
• Maintain field camp cleanliness and help manage daily logistics
\n
• Conduct routine equipment checks and report maintenance requirements
\n
• Record basic field data and support mapping activities
\n
• Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures
\n

What You'll Bring

• Forklift ticket – required
\n
• Telehandler – Required
\n
• Previous fieldwork or exploration experience – required
\n
• Strong physical fitness and comfort working outdoors for extended periods
\n
• High attention to detail and a proactive, team‐focused attitude
\n
• Valid driver's HR licence and willingness to travel
\n
