Young Academics Early Learning Centre is a leading and reputable provider with more than 50 centres across New South Wales. We are currently seeking a passionate Assistant Educator to join our vibrant Marsden Park Service.

About The Role \n

As an Early Childhood Educator at Young Academics, you will create meaningful learning experiences and environments that reflect best practice and align with our service philosophy. As a service, compliance and child safety remain our highest priority, and you will be expected to uphold our child‑safe practices in all aspects of your role. You will also collaborate with fellow educators to build strong, respectful partnerships with children, families and the wider community, fostering a supportive environment that enhances children’s wellbeing, confidence, and lifelong love of learning.

This position is a full‑time role - Monday to Friday between 6:30 am - 6 pm (rotating roster).

Responsibilities \n

\n
• Assist the Room Leader in providing high‑quality education and care
\n
• Develop and deliver an inclusive and innovative program.
\n
• Apply approved learning frameworks (EYLF) that promote each child’s identity, connection to community, wellbeing, learning confidence, and communication skills.
\n
• Maintain a safe environment, proactively managing risks and adhering to health and hygiene protocols.
\n
• Lead by example in all interactions, fostering a respectful and collaborative team culture.
\n
• Partner with families to support their children’s development and education goals.
\n
• Build & maintain clear and accurate communication within the team, children and families, and nurture professional, supportive and respectful relationships.
\n
• Maintain Mandatory Reporting responsibilities and requirements.
\n

About You \n

\n
• Demonstrated experience in planning, documentation, and implementing programs for children 0-6 years with regard to current pedagogies and frameworks
\n
• Currently enrolled in or completed Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care from a nationally approved registered training organisation
\n
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS and sector regulations
\n
• Current First Aid training and CPR Certificate
\n
• Valid NSW Employee Working with Children Check
\n
• Commitment to upholding a Child Safe Organisation and inclusive practices
\n
• Maintain Mandatory National Child Safety Training
\n
